Awesome place everything was perfect lake is wonderful close and great views close to everything I rate it 100!!!!!

After arriving Friday to our condo for the weekend of memorial day 2016. The air conditoner was not working. The jacuzzi tub jets broken. The linen and blankets were pee stained. The wifi didn't work. The pool that was listed in amenities hasn't been opened in 3 years. The boat dock was awful. We notified managment the next day who sent out an air conditoning tech. He said the compressor was broken and would not be fixed until tuesday. Finally Saturday at 1130pm managment called to move us to another condo. It was awful moving my little kids at that time of night. It was also very hot..the air conditoner wasn't working in the next condo either. For $900.00 for three days I did not get what I paid for. This place is awful!!! buyer beware!!

Awful place! Will not return! People very unfriendly and there was no boat ramp or boat slip!!! Pool very dirty!

These condos are awful and the community upkeep is minimal. The community boat dock is in terrible condition and the pool is not kept up. The condo owners on property treat renters as though they are unwelcome, which they are as I think only the developer rents those units he can't sell.Find a location with better lake access and one that has a pleasant atmosphere.
